Training metrics using Excel
Charts generated in Excel from exported data take more time to create but have a full range of flexibility in how the data is presented.

On the next page, click the Export Results to Excel button. Open the exported CSV file and save it as an Excel Workbook (*.xlsx). In the Excel workbook, click Insert → PivotTable.When prompted, place the PivotTable on a new worksheet.

Delete or hide all columns in the exported data except Training Overdue?, Training Completed Date, and Training Record Created Date. Add a new column “Days to Complete Training” to the worksheet. In this example, the days to complete training is computed by subtracting the Training Record Created Date from the Training Completed Date. Fill the formula down the entire “Days to Complete Training” column.
