No. By design, the Grand Avenue application has no ability to modify the contents of document files . Regardless of the file type (e.g. Microsoft Word, plain text, PDF), the Grand Avenue application manages all files as binary data. Grand Avenue has no knowledge of the format of files or how to modify their contentsthat are added to the system. Each file added to Grand Avenue is stored as a binary image in the database and always retrieved as an exact copy of the original to ensure no corruption or loss of information.
