The NCM Coordinator decides whether to continue the disposition approval until all feedback is collected or cancel the disposition approval to make updates
The NCM Coordinator may cancel the disposition approval using the following steps:
a. Click Manage NCM Reports |

b. Click Manage Approve Disposition |
 |
c. Locate the NCMR whose disposition approval needs to be cancelled and click Cancel Approve Disposition |

d. Enter the reason for cancelling in the comments, your signoff key, and click Cancel Approve Disposition |  |
e. The NCMR returns to the coordinator who cancelled the disposition approval with a Propose Disposition task |

f. The NCM Coordinator |
can make corrections and |
resubmit the NCMR for disposition approval, |
return the NCMR for more information, or |
withdraw the NCMR from the process |
 |
g. If the NCMR is returned for more information, the assignee receives a Submit NCM Report task. |
 |
h. The assignee either makes the necessary changes and resubmits the NCMR or withdraws the NCMR from the process. |
