Users assigned to documents
Users assigned to general training items
Documents assigned to training profiles

Follow the steps below to import Training Requirements into Grand Avenue.
Download the comma separated value (CSV) import template available at Configure Training → Import Training Requirements → Download Template.
Populate the CSV template with the training requirements you wish to import
After creating the training requirement import file,
3. Click Configure Training → Import Training Requirements.
4. Select the import file
5. Click the “Import Training Requirements” button
6. Check the status of the import
Before importing training requirements, the following items must already exist in GAS, as applicable:
Users
Training Profiles
General Training Items
Documents
