How do I import training requirements?

All of the following are types of Training Requirements:

• Users assigned to training profiles

• Users assigned to documents

• Users assigned to general training items

• Documents assigned to training profiles

• General training items assigned to training profiles

Training Requirements are imported into Grand Avenue using a comma separated value (CSV) template available at Configure Training → Import Training Requirements → Download Template.

After creating the training requirement import file,

1. Click Configure Training → Import Training Requirements.

2. Select the import file

3. Click the “Import Training Requirements” button

4. Check the status of the import
