How do I assign multiple Disposition Verification tasks for a DCR?

For a Document Change Request (DCR), there can only be one assignee for the product Disposition Verification task. The user assigned the Disposition Verification task for the Change Request can manually create multiple Disposition Verification Collaboration tasks.

For example, a Disposition Verification Collaboration task could be created for each department or site that needs to perform a disposition activity. The collaboration task assignees will receive a task with instructions and can upload evidence of completion prior to signing off.  As each collaboration task is completed, the user assigned the Disposition Verification task will receive an email notification.


Instructions

  1. Click Perform on the Disposition Verification task.

  2. Select Assign Collaboration Task.

  3. Complete the instructions, assignee, and task due date and click Assign Task for as many collaboration tasks as needed until the last one is reached.

     

  4. For the last collabotation task, complete the instructions, assignee, and task due date and click Assign Task and Close.

     

  5. The Disposition Verification Collaboration Tasks are displayed on the Disposition Verification task.
