How do I change the originator on a change request?

Reassign the Submit New Request task to the person who's taking over the DCR. The Originator will automatically be updated the first time that person submits the change request for review. There's no way to manually set a DCR Originator.

To update the Originator value immediately, the workaround is for the new owner to populate any blank required fields with placeholder data, submit the DCR for a "fake" review, and have the coordinator immediately reject it back to the new Originator.
