Is there a charge to upgrade my Grand Avenue installation to a new version?

No, software upgrades are included in your annual license fee.

  • If your Grand Avenue installation is hosted with us, we will also perform the upgrade for you and send you a completed IQ checklist when the upgrade is finished.

  • If your Grand Avenue installation is on-premise, your IT staff performs your upgrades.
