There is a scheduled monthly maintenance window , during which we will apply any necessary hosted Grand Avenue installations may be temporarily unavailable. As needed, this downtime is used to apply operating system software and security updates to your hosted serverthe Windows server that houses all hosted customer installations. This window downtime is scheduled for the second Saturday after the second Tuesday of the month between the hours of 12 AM to 8 AM Central U.S. time. The actual time down tends to be less than one hour.
