Scheduled maintenance dates on the hosting server

There is a scheduled monthly maintenance window during which hosted Grand Avenue installations may be temporarily unavailable. As needed, this downtime is used to apply operating system software and security updates to the Windows server that houses all hosted customer installations. This downtime is scheduled for the second Saturday after the second Tuesday of the month between the hours of 12 AM to 8 AM Central U.S. time. The actual time down tends to be less than one hour.
