If needed, the due date of the Close Deviation task can be extended by performing the steps below. This will not update the Estimated Expiration Date in the deviation record.

  1. Under Administrative Actions, click Manage Task Assignmentsunder Administrative Actions .

  2. Select the View Tasks option for the Close Deviation task assignee.

  3. Click Change Due Date for the specific Close Deviation task.

  4. Enter the new due date, justification, and passwordsignoff key, then select click Change Task Due Date.
