e. The Document Control Coordinator either makes minor corrections (e.g. fixes typos, fixes formatting issues, adds missing approvers) and approves the DCR for Formal Review or rejects the DCR back to the originator for more substantial content updates

f. If the DCR is rejected, it is returned to the originator with a Submit New Request task.

The originator makes the requested changes and resubmits the DCR to Preliminary Coordinator Review
