  2. Clear the Field Name for the existing RMA Return Date Extra Data Field.

  3. Configure a new Custom Date Field with Field Name RMA Return Date.

  4. Prepare the Excel Workbook for an Administrative Update for Complaint Field Values.

    1. Delete all columns except the Complaint ID (column “A”) and, if one exists, the column with the existing data (column “B”). See the example below.

    2. If complaints had no existing data to populate the new Custom Date Field, column B, would be populated manually with data from other sources.
