There is a scheduled monthly maintenance window, during which we will apply any necessary software and security updates to your hosted server. This window is scheduled for the second Saturday after the second Tuesday of the month between the hours of 12 AM to 8 AM Central U.S. time. The actual time down tends to be less than one hour.
