Create a plain text, Microsoft Office, or PDF file that contains known keywords.
Go to Configure System > Configure Full-Text Search.
Click Add Test File.
Choose the test file you created above.
Click Save to upload the test file.
Click Search for Test Files.
Enter a keyword from the test file in the File Content field and click Search. Verify that the correct file is returned in the search results.
Also try searching for a keyword not in the test file to make sure that fails.
