Grand Avenue has multiple roles that allow users to manage training, each with a different scope of authorization.
Training Module Coordinators are authorized to manage training for all users and training items.
Department Managers are authorized to manage incomplete training for users in the departments they manage.
Department Trainers are authorized to manage incomplete training for users in designated departments, regardless of the trainer’s own department.
Item Trainers are authorized to manage incomplete training for designated Documents and General Training Items.
Training Viewers can view training for all users and training items.
