How do I update the Disposition Plan for a disposition already in implementation?

To get the NCMR back to the Propose Disposition task, fail the current disposition implementation and create a follow-up disposition plan.

  1. Starting from the Implement Disposition task:

    1. Click “Perform”

    2. Enter the Disposition Results (e.g., "Disposition implementation is being marked as failed because the Disposition Plan requires updates").

    3. Sign off the task

  2. At the Review Disposition Results task:

    1. Click “Perform”

    2. Click "Cancel Failed Implementation" and note in the comments why the implementation is being cancelled (e.g., "Disposition implementation is being marked as failed because the Disposition Plan requires updates").

    3. Click “Cancel Failed Implementation”

    4. The NCMR’s status changes to “Redispositioning”.

  3. The NCMR goes back to the NCM Coordinator with a Propose Disposition task for Follow-up Disposition Plan x, where x increments for each new disposition plan.

    1. Scroll down to the new Disposition Plan (e.g., Follow-up Disposition Plan 1).

    2. Modify the follow-up Disposition Plan as needed.

    3. Sign off the task to send the NCMR to formal review

From there, the NCMR flows through the normal process of review board approval, implementation, and review.
