What is the Scheduled Equipment Activities Report?

The Scheduled Equipment Activities Report is a way to see upcoming scheduled equipment activities before tasks are created for those activities.

Click Manage Equipment > View Scheduled Equipment Activities Report to see the report. Here’s an example report.

The Scheduled Equipment Activities Report can be exported to a CSV file for convenience.

How does the report work?

For every piece of equipment that currently has scheduled activities and activity scheduling is not suspended (via the Equipment Status value), the report shows either an activity in progress or, if none exists, the next future activity.

  • Activities for equipment with status “Out of Service” or “Retired” are not displayed on the report because those status values suspend activity scheduling.

  • Existing scheduled activities that were generated prior to removing their associated schedules are not shown in the report because the activity is not currently scheduled.

  • Activities with no associated schedules are not shown on the report.
