Who can edit CAPA activity log entries?

  • A CAPA coordinator can edit all of the activity log entries during the Preliminary review task. 

  • The CAPA Investigator can edit all of the activity log entries during the Investigate task, regardless of who created the activity log entry. 

  • A user with a collaboration task can only edit the entries they add to the activity log.
