Who can edit CAPA activity log entries?

A CAPA coordinator can edit all of the activity log entries during the Preliminary review task. 

The CAPA Investigator can edit all of the activity log entries during the Investigate task, regardless of who created the activity log entry. 

A user with a collaboration task can only edit the entries they add to the activity log.
