Can customer support reset my forgotten Grand Avenue password?

No. For traceability, accountability, and security of customer data we require security-related operations to be handled whenever possible by each customer’s assigned System Administrators, so they can verify the authenticity of each request. This is especially important when the user account has system and/or module administrator roles.

Grand Avenue strongly recommends having multiple users with either the System Administrator role or the Account Management role so they can assist each other if one of their passwords need to be reset.

If you do not know who to contact within your company for password reset requests, Grand Avenue customer support (support@grandavenue.com) may be able to assist by providing contact information for your internal system administrators.

In addition to manual password resets by administrators, customers can enable the built-in password reset feature that allows users to establish security questions that can be answered in order to reset their own passwords when necessary.
