How are module coordinator tasks assigned when a module has multiple coordinators?

Assignment of Module Coordinator Tasks
If a single module coordinator is defined, all coordinator tasks are automatically assigned to that user.
If multiple module coordinators are defined, the system attempts to select the coordinator who most recently worked on the process item by walking backward through the item's history of coordinator tasks to find an active coordinator who previously performed a coordinator task for the item.
If the system finds an active coordinator who previously performed a coordinator task on the process item, the next coordinator task is assigned to that user.
If the system finds no active coordinators who previously performed coordinator tasks on the process item, the next coordinator task goes into a pool of unclaimed tasks visible to all coordinators and must be claimed by one of them.
